Pizza was cold on collection, Missing ingredients from one pizza. I the had to wait 5 minutes at the till to pay for sauce and receive my pizzas

The staff were very rude, didn’t have a clue how to process vouchers and all 6 people in the shop at the same time had issues. Staff were telling people vouchers had been redeemed when they just bought them and saying they had done things wrong etc and to all just contact itison. Staff need customer service training

Tried for over 30 mins to phone in order before going instore. Staff weren’t the friendliest and said one voucher had been used which it hasn’t so ended up just paying for pizza. Not all pizza came with the usual dip.

Pizza was hot and looked okay but not one slice was cut and we didn’t have a knife with us so it was disastrous.

Ordered pizza by phone as I was using an Itison voucher, person on the other end was very helpful and easy to speak with p, he then asked when I’d like the pizza and it was ready when I went up. All really good and easy to do
