Poor experience, not what was advertised on deal

On arrival saw a sign saying pool closed, our deal was for use of lesuire facilities and lunch, receptionist was not helpful or approachable and sent us to lesuire sweet, the staff there very helpful and accomadating, managed to get our lunch sitting earlier than booked, the dining room was freezing, the staff where friendly and efficient but the food was OK. Overall a disappointing experiance and didn't get full value or use of voucher
