The hotel and facilities are fantastic. All staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond which is refreshing when traveling with 2 little children. We can't wait to go back.

The accommodation was very 'tired' and not really suitable for 4 adults. Shower room was freezing even with towel rail on full. Stairs had to be negotiated at night as only toilet down stairs this involved disturbing those on the double room.
One couch and one chair in sitting area not really a comfortable room and two chairs and one tiny bench at kitchen table. Plumbing in both kitchen and bathroom a little weird.
The Terrace restaurant was a bit like an upmarket canteen. Clearing away plates before the VC whole table finished eating.
I've used Itison for accommodation before and always been very happy but not so this time.

We loved our stay. The lodge was beautiful, they had thought about a lot of what you would need and had stuff there for you like washing up liquid, tea coffee this is all very appreciated and helpful. All the staff in the hotel, reception, restaurants, shop and leisure facilities were very helpful. The lady on the desk at the leisure reception went above and beyond to help.
We did sadly find the staff at the outdoor centre quite unhelpful and almost seemed scripted there response to things.
Overall a fabulous stay, even with all the rain it was still amazing.

We love visiting Crieff Hydro, we lucked out with the weather which meant we spent almost all of our time there outdoors enjoying the adventure park, the activites and going on walks.
We managed an upgrade to the most beautiful cottage complete with hot tub. The cottage is located next to the riding school and one of the fields for the horses which was lovely company whenever we were outside in the hot tub. The lovely Marie the horse joined us and watched as my kids played.
The only downside was the renovations to the hotel meant some areas were closed off. But they still have plenty of space and places to go.
We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in a comfortable lodge. The children loved the activities. We had a very good meal in the Brasserie and Italian restaurant. After waiting ages for food in the Hub, our order was wrong and very disappointing. If we hadn’t been starving we would have left. The coffee was good!
Would go again for longer.

This is the second time we’ve purchased this particular voucher and would do again. Lodges are lovely and clean. Hotel has lots of facilities and entertainment. There were renovations in the hotel at the time of our stay but this didn’t disrupt our trip.

The lodge was very clean and very warm. We loved the space and the view. Enjoyed using the sports facilities
