Great hotel - loved the quirky decor. Good transport links and perfect for the Playhouse and St James Centre. Would highly recommend and will certainly stay there again - great breakfast too!!

Loved the hotel. Staff were great and breakfast top class. Had a huge room in the basement with a mezzanine area. Only complaint ....the room was cold even with temp control at max, as the blown air system blew onto the mezzanine and not the lower area with the bed and tv. It was cold and windy outside which probably contributed.
Arrived earlier than check in, but room was ready, great location and lovely breakfast

Had a lovely stay, extended it by an extra night. Staff were all superb, service always excellent. Nice room, good lift, excellent breakfast and a very convenient location for bus, tram and shops/food. Nice decor too!

We were unexpectedly given an upgrade to our room, very comfortable room, complete with fridge filled withfree soft drinks and snack. The breakfast was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better location of the hotel.

Hotel is situated in an ideal location, handy to bus station, St James Quarter shopping centre, Princess St and to nearby pubs and restaurants.
Comfy bed, good size room and amazing breakfast. No hesitation to book this hotel again.
