We were a large group celebrating my birthday but staff were very good, letting us all gather in the reception area and coffee lounge and were generally very accommodating. Large room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast ok.

Perfect for a weekend break to explore the city. Great location on the Quayside - walking distance to great bars and restaurants, but far enough from the hubbub that noise is not an issue.
Room was simple but comfortable - comfy bed and pillows, great power shower, bottled water, tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. Breakfast buffet was good, dishes constantly replenished and good selection of juices and coffee.
I’d definitely stay again.

Had a great stay at the Leonardo Quayside. Staff were always helpful, in particular Jess. Very clean. Room spacious. Great views. Breakfast plentiful. Would recommend.

Great and very comfortable stay in a lovely hotel in a great location and a lovely outlook. Staff were very helpful and very friendly, was situated in a great place with a short walk to pubs, restaurants and shops.

My partner and I are now regulars at The Leonardo hotel Quayside Newcastle. Great hotel great location staff lovely food lovely highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern. Love the location next to the River Tyne, we have a river view room which was clean and spacious.
The voucher included breakfast, a bottle of Prosecco and a free Costa coffee from the bar. This made the vouche excellent value for money. Food and drinks all good quality.

Have stayed here several times,but never on an itison before. Our room was ready when we arrived so got an early check-in, a nice added extra. Lovely staff on reception, in the bar and at breakfast in the morning, The breakfast was really good with plenty for all tastes, the staff were great at keeping it topped up, and rearranging the tables to accommodate people at busier times. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable.
The hotel may be a little out the way for some people, but suits us perfectly. Will definitely be back.
