The deal did limit us a bit as we are vegetarian but the dishes we could have were really tasty.
All the dishes came together so we could taste each others dishes too.

Food was delicious, although the rice would have been good if it was a Japanese rice used.
Certainly the staff was excellent with a lovely smile, who made a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.

Food and service was ok. Seating with shared table and bench and partition in the middle to separate from another couple was precarious and a bit in the way. Not very comfortable and restricted movement. Very limited times for Itison customers and we would not have chosen the deal if we had noticed this in advance.

IMO, Harajuku is the best and most authentic Japanese restaurant in Edinburgh. The food is fresh, innovative and never disappoints. But what makes this eatery a cut above the rest is their staff. My husband and I went there for dinner last night and the service of the two female staff was beyond excellent. They're attentive, yet not intrusive, very polite and smiley throughout. All in all, a fantastic experience on a gloomy Monday evening :-)
