Definitely enjoyed my experience staff were excellent couldn’t do enough for you and very attentive and as for the food it was fabulous and plenty of choice and great choices best afternoon tea I have ever had will definitely be back !!

This is the second time I've used this voucher, which is well worth the price. The staff is lovely and the buffet style set-up is great. You can have as little or much as you like of your favorites. This time a year it's a tradition for me to have a festive afternoon tea and when I read that as of the last weekend of November it would be festive inspired, that was perfect. Everything is nicely presented and I enjoyed the new arrangement with the cold and hot brew station. Will buy again.

I had extreme difficulties trying to book this afternoon tea with my voucher. I’m referring to the 15 telephone call made with 4 days. However a lovely lady Millena, Assistant Manager of food and beverage, helped me and contacted me to confirm my booking . She was a angel. Thank you so much to her, our experience was lovely.

It was not what we expected at all. I think they were maybe short staffed or have inexperienced staff on that day. Service wasn’t great and especially the fact that it’s mostly self service which is absolutely fine as we knew it was a buffet style afternoon tea.
Food ran out pretty fast therefore constantly empty plates with hardly any food. Choices of food wasn’t much either if being completely honest. At one point serving plates ran out and we were all standing waiting. What’s afternoon tea without a good scone?? To my disappointment, the scones were rock hard and crumbled as soon as we put jam, etc on it.
This was my mother in laws 2nd visit and she said the experience was completely different. 1st time was much more better, service was good, food choices were decent.
On the positive note, the taste of most food were nice and pretty tasty when it was served.

As much as it was very busy, there was still plenty of food. Constantly replenished. Fresh and tasty. Only downside was no pot's of coffee available and only choice of 2 cocktails. Would definitely recommend and we will be back in the new year. 👍

Lovely venue but the food was not replenished. We were the last sitting and the food was cold and the sandwiches stale.
Service was also poor waiting 20 mins the 30 mins on a bar order.
Tea and coffee is now self service - which it wasn’t the first time I went

Food was delicious and well presented. Staff attentive and friendly. Hotel spotless with a cay ambiance. Can’t wait to go back!
