BIT OF A SHAMBLES. CANT SEEM TO GET PIZZA ORDERS CORRRECT. MESSED UP MY DAUGHTERS FOOD WHICH RESULTED IN ME TAKING THE WORNG FOOD BACK TO THE PREPERATION COUNTER. REPLACEMENT TURNED UP AFTER THE REST OF US HAD FINISHED EATING.
SERVICE WAS SLOW AND POOR, HAD TO PILE THE PLATES UP OURSELF TO HAVE CLEARED.
DIDNT STOP THEM ADDING A £7 TIP FOR THEMSELVES OUT OF THE £50 VOUCHER I HAD BOUGHT.
YOU SHOULD MAKE PEOPLE AWARE THAT THEY WILL LOSE 10% OF THEIR VOUCHER DUE TO ADD ONS FOR STAFF TIPS

Love making my own pizza and getting all my favourite toppings. Gluten free available too which is a bonus.

On entering the restaurant we waited at least 7/8 minutes before being acknowledged by a member of staff, this member turned out to be a manager, who really wasn’t the friendliest.
As a group with 4 children we asked to be seated in an empty table away from other tables so as not to bother anyone and were refused.
Had purchased 8 full price deals but server tried to put some pizzas through as children’s (this was resolved, but did make me feel uncomfortable having to ask).
The pizzas took a while to come but were tasty when they did, and the service seemed to get better the longer we were there. I don’t think I’d rush back though.

Always a pleasure to dine here. Great central location, easy access for wheelchair users (via a portable ramp) with a friendly team on hand.
