We were very lucky with the weather and it was lovely sitting outside overlooking the river. Room was small and at the top of the building as is often the case when we are on an Itison deal. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food standard pub grub with reasonable portions.

Yes we enjoyed our stay. Staff were very nice. Food was very good and value for money 😊 It’s a lovely hotel in an idyllic location. Liked that the background music was appropriate for breakfast, dinner etc. Room was nice. Maybe change some of the room decor to keep with the Scottish theme, but rooms had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

The room was clean and tidy. We were on the top floor and it was a bit noisy. Reception was ok. Food at dinner was OK but the service the first night was not good. The breakfast the first day was not good and not explained very well and very slow. We only has a cold buffet next morning (our choice).

It was excellent, best break, weather ☀️ fantastic, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, the room was fine with a view of the park, we'd highly recommend this Hotel, the area is beautiful and quite Its on our list for future breaks.

Stayed for 2 nights DBB. All staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were tasty. Room was comfortable but bathroom was rather small. Lovely location.

Our room was very clean and cosy. Nice shower and fluffy towels. We had a side view looking over the river and hills. Restaurant had a good atmosphere and staff were friendly & efficient. The Food was delicious and portion big! I enjoyed every mouthful. Wine was reasonably priced.
Breakfast was buffet style with hot dish, again delicious! We had a great stay.
