Lovely boutique hotel!
Lovely warm welcome from Carrie when we arrived and again from Rachael later in the evening!
Comfy bed and pillows.
Terrific breakfast both mornings from chef - sorry, didn't get your name!
Great views and onsite parking.
Only downside was although we had access to our own patio area, the door meant no window to open through the night, something we like ( although there was what I assume was a heater/AC unit in the room should the room get too warm), and the window treatment meant there was a large gap between the wall and the curtain.
Also not a fan of the plastic greenery along the top of the wardrobe, a dust gatherer and spoilt the overall decor, but that's only my opinion.
Overall, loved the decor throughout the hotel.
We felt the voucher was good value for money!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It went beyond what we expected . First class experience. Big shout out to the amazing chef who cooked the breakfast.everything was delicious and fresh. All the staff were so accommodating and cheerful.

Lovely relaxing 3 night stay in a stylish boutique hotel. Small double room but beautifully decorated and finished as was the communal lounge and breakfast room. Breakfasts were excellent and the choices on offer were varied and delicious.
Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and the views from the hotel across the water towards Kerrera and beyond were fantastic.
Just a pity about the typical Scottish weather - all four seasons in one day!
Despite that, we will definitely be back.

Our experience at No.26 By The Sea Woodland Cottage was better than I expected. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was very friendly and even spent time with us in the evening whilst we enjoyed our Charcuterie board and bottle of wine in the honesty bar with our wee Border Collie Meg. That was an amazing experience just sitting by the window, enjoying food, looking out to the water - magical.
Oban is one of my favourite places on earth and staying here just made it extra special.
I wish I could remember the lovely girl from reception on Friday night.. you truly were very welcoming and so nice to us and especially Meg.
I'm keeping my eye open for another offer for the cottage... I will be booking immediately

Lovely hotel with a personal touch and feel about it. Very comfortable surroundings and staff very attentive. Great breakfast and in a prime location.

Friendly and helpful staff. Unique decor in each room and very clean and comfortable accommodation. Breakfasts were freshly cooked to order and beautifully presented. Excellent value with Itison voucher and meal allowance in nearby restaurants was a bonus. Easy walking distance into town centre, ferry port and lots of pubs and restaurants. A great base for exploring the area.

I visited with my husband and elderly parents for 2 days. The accommodation was very comfortable with comfortable beds and fabulous views over the sea. We also loved the honesty bar!
Service was fantastic with friendly and informative staff and the breakfast was amazing- great choice and very filling!
We would definitely recommend and hope to return.
