We were looking forward to going to use our £50 voucher. Menus were sat down in front of us and we started to pick our meal from the market menu. We were then told that we couldn’t eat of that menu with our voucher. Food was nice enough but service wasn’t great. Some servers were rushed off their feet while others stood about. One member of staff was away for a while and due to this I sat with no drink as one girl stood still besides the bar ignoring my attempts to catch her attention. They also ran out of the wine I was drinking. Another table were also complaining while we were in, stating they had not been told about the voucher coming off a particular menu.

The food was good but the service ruined our visit. Our starters were almost finished by the time I received my 1st drink. It shouldn't take 25mins to provide this. All the servers seemed like school leavers who had no clue what to do with themselves. Its always slow service (been before) but this time was unbelievable.

Bo'Vine was really good. Food was delicious, atmosphere made it feel like a fancy, special night out, even though we were just having burgers

This deal is amazing. Bo’Vine never lets me down, amazing steaks, sides and great menu with lots of choice if not using a deal. Wonderful staff who can’t do enough for you and a beautiful restaurant. If you want amazing food I would definitely go there.
