Visited The Dome for brunch recently and had mixed feelings about the experience. The food was very good, well-presented, and enjoyable, and the venue itself is beautiful with a great atmosphere that makes it a lovely place to meet friends or family.
Unfortunately, the front-of-house service let the experience down. While the staff were efficient enough, the welcome felt cold and at times came across as almost rude. We didn’t feel particularly valued as customers, which was disappointing given the quality of the food and the reputation of the venue.
Overall, I’d recommend The Dome for its excellent brunch menu and stunning surroundings, but I hope the customer service improves to match the standard of the food and reputation of the venue.

Our experience of the Dome was faultless ! Food was delicious, tea and coffee steaming hot cocktails fantastic ! Best passion fruit martini I’ve ever had ! Staff were attentive, friendly welcoming and nothing was a bother .
