Voucher check in needs refined at reception was a bit awkward.

What a great find and deal for staying in this lovely hotel
Ideal location right next to the golf course, food was great in restaurant and wide selection for breakfast.

Our stay was great. We went with friends and our dog. All enjoyed the break. It was bitterly cold when we were there but the hotel was warm and welcoming.

decor was magnificent! Staff were very polite. Beautifully decorated for the festive season. I would have loved it to have had a sauna. Breakfast was terrific. Evening meal was disappointing because it was the same menu 3 nights in a row and I think I’m correct in saying desserts were not home made and they were very disappointing. All that said, I can’t wait to return next winter.

This is a beautiful hotel and the setting is spectacular too. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. The staff were all very attentive and the service was impeccable. Dornoch is a lovely place to visit too.

The reception staff provide a warm welcome. The bedroom and en suite are both spacious and scrupulously clean.
The staff were young and had a very professional interaction with customers.
The food menu was good and I'd highly recommend this hotel to all.
