Myself and two friends had a lovely afternoon at the thermal experience - really relaxing, lots of space and not over crowded. We’d all definitely recommend and the glass of Prosecco in the restaurant after definitely was the little cherry on top.

Yes please make sure the very wet floors within the spa area are mobbed up more frequently as they are an accident waiting to happen. No lighting on the walls of the Salt room. Some maintenance required throughout the spa.

We really enjoyed our day facilities are excellent, staff very attentive. Though did notice the floor and steam room were in need of a bit of clean and never saw these areas being attended the whole day we were there. Food was excellent. Looking forward to returning

All staff were very friendly and accommodating. The thermal spa experience was fantastic. Prosecco afternoon tea was an absolute treat. The whole experience was amazing, can’t wait to return.

the spa was beautiful and quiet. no complaints at all. we then popped up to the hotel for a light bite, location lovely but service was not up to standard. attended to immediately, only ordering coffee and sandwich but took more than 25mins to arrive. 3 staff floating about doing very little

Really enjoyed our morning in the spa despite the fire alarm going off and everyone having to go upstairs in their robes to the spa reception for approx 15 minutes. Relaxing, not too busy and thoroughly enjoyable.
