My 3 friends and myself had a lovely afternoon at the Dean Park, we had a cream tea, booked through an Itison voucher.
It was excellent, the service was very good, our server Penny, looked after us very well.

Staff were welcoming showing us to our table. The food was delicious although the scones were a bit hard on the outside but once you got into it it was lovely. I liked the fact you got large pots of tea or coffee and were even asked if we would like a second pot. We have been before and will definitely be back.

After numerous previous visits we returned and enjoyed yet again lovely Coffee and cream scones. Staff were excellent, helpful and professional. Atmosphere welcoming and enjoyable.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, until we left, the staff were exceptional. The Afternoon Tea, was delicious and so different from the usual sandwiches and scones. I would thoroughly recommend

The service was efficient and the staff friendly and attentive throughout our afternoon there. The food was first class, with unusual combinations you would normally never eat. There was plenty of it and always great that they provide you with a box to take home what you cannot manage.
