Staff were so polite and friendly - room was spotless and the food was great.
If I was staying more than one night, I would prefer if a fridge was in the room but really overall, no complaints.

Fantastic setting, arriving at/through the old customs house. Very friendly staff. A good sleep in comfy beds. We were able to adjust the room heating to our taste. Delicious and varied breakfast. Good drinks at the bar. Highly recommended hotel stay. Thank you. We will be back.
Always a pleasure to stay here. Staff are so helpful especially thhecreception staff., nothing is too much bother.

Always very good. The only gripe is the breakfast serving area is too small especially at busy times. It's a bit of a bun fight however we always try to go early

We had 2 night stay with supper 1st night and breakfast both mornings
Ww arrived at 12 noon to leave bags but our room was actually available
Lovely room too
Buffet breakfast had great selection and was nice.
Set evening meal was mostly good
Fish dish eas nice but needed a side.
Didn't think much at all about burger.
Late check out too which was great
Dinner was ridiculous, starter a disgrace, main course for my partner overcooked and potatoes cold.

Hotel room spotless and spacious, Also had a few drinks in the hotel bar, stafff very attentive.
Dinner was also very nice as was breakfast.

It was very clean. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. A lovely hotel. One thing that was slightly disappointing was the dinner we had. Very small portion .
