No welcome drink given on arrival. Instantly asked to pay extra due to booking being a Friday. Check in was far too slow, huge queue and 1 person on reception. Common areas are lovely, Rooms are nice enough but carpet heavily stained. Breakfast was ok but far too busy and poorly managed. Basic Coffee machines available but no option to pay for a proper coffee or hot choc. Had to go across the road to Starbucks.
Location was fantastic, walking distance to everything. Due to this and the price point I would stay again

Great welcome, friendly staff.
Room really comfortable and immaculately clean.
Breakfast was fab, everything that you needed was there. Including a separate hot water machine for tea drinkers like me. No need to wait at coffee machines, hoping not to have coffee flavoured water.
Bar staff were fab. Michael deserves a special recognition for his fab service.

We had a lovely stay at the Leonardo Hotel Belfast, the lady on reception was very nice & we were able to check in at 10a.m. Rooms were spacious & very clean. Would definitely return when in Belfast again. Staff were all really nice & the food at breakfast was nice too.

The design of the room isn’t as good as new Premier Inns which have more space. The table arrangement for the tea/coffee took up a lot of room as did the wardrobe. It would have been good to have two rather than one chair. Very little space in terms of shelving in the bathroom and only one towel hook which was behind the door and a bar storage above bath. Very cramped bathroom. Don’t’ t know why we were allocated a three bed room.

Very friendly staff, managed to check in at 10.30am instead of 3pm and got a room upgrade! Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Very central location, I would highly recommend!

It was a good central location. Room fine, bathroom a bit tired. Breakfast satisfactory. Itison deal with a nice welcome drink was a good touch

The Leonardo Hotel is great value for money and ideally situated for the city’s transport links.
A fantastic buffet breakfast in the morning and a great menu available for evening meals.
We stayed there last year, again this year and definitely would stay there again next year for a fantastic city-break.

From check in to check out the staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel was seasonally decorated, clean rooms with plenty space and complimentary toiletries. Situated within a few minutes walk to the city centre and all bus stops.
