Great fun at the Science Centre Lates. Lots to see and do and good availability of bars and food for along the way!

We didn't really know what to expect but I'm not sure what led us to believe there might be a bit more 'forensic scientist' presence, maybe telling us about the capabilities they have today. The whodunnit was a good laugh if not a little too easy! The bar set up was cool although my wee mum was looking for a tea or coffee which wasn't on offer. Great price for a different kind of experience at GSC!

The Halloween event at the Science Centre was really fun, loads to see and do. It was 18 and above only, so the adults got to play with all the exhibits!
The only even-better-if feedback I would suggest would be to have more stations for people to engage with the event. Having only a few seats at each of the forensic stations meant queuing and then rushing a bit to let the next person in.

I took my eight year old grandson and we thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The show was fascinating with the galaxy of stars and planets orbiting above our heads. Our guide through this, Kieran, obviously knows his topic and is enthused by it, drawing the audience in and making the evening a joy to be a part of .

First time at the Planetarium. The experience only lasted an hour, but omg my head was buzzing after it. We got so much info in a short 'space' of time. The overhead display of planets and the Cosmos was amazing. It felt as if you were in the middle of it and crash landing on a planet at one point. I have motion sickness so was gripping into the armrests intermittently. It was so worth it. I would love to attend another session.

Both myself and my 11 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed the planetarium visit. The astronomer giving the presentation was absolutely fantastic and all the staff were really friendly and welcoming. I would recommend it to anyone of any age - great event and excellent value for money.

Enjoyed the planetarium though could have been longer. The exhibits were fun to play with. Only one bar to serve everyone, which when you consider that there’s three floors isn’t great. Only two choices on the menu in the cafe so not a great selection - would recommend going out for dinner before hand instead!
