I am a regular afternoon tea goer. The savoury food was lovely, the cakes were too (lots of bready cakes rather than little patisserie bites. The scones were lovely but our jam was forgotten. We had to wait a while to be seated and served too. We had to ask for our hot drinks and several times for our water. We were not asked how everything was nor were we asked if we would like refills. We were ignored from start to finish and there were very few customers in at the same time as us. Food nice, service poor.

It was a nice relaxing experience, the staff were pleasant, and the afternoon tea was of good quality. An enjoyable afternoon.

The staff were very welcoming and happy to let us enjoy the afternoon tea at our own pace. The bar/bistro area was lovely. The afternoon tea was nice. The sandwiches and sweet treats were enjoyable. We could order any hot drinks of our choice. The prosecco was an extra treat.
