fabulous hotel, always a very warm welcome. Hotel refrubishment of rooms is fabulous, we were on 7th floor, everything brand new and spotlessly clean in room. Reception staff are very helpful, friendly and on hand to supply any extra tea etc.

The buffet breakfast was great. I would have been happier with a bit more choice. The cooked stuff was the same every day and also it would have been good to have a choice of bread/rolls.

The hotel and staff were excellent and our stay was lovely once we sorted our room allocation. The code issued to the hotel by ItisOn was for a standard double not a superior double stated when purchasing our voucher.. Big thanks to the duty manager (Brian) who sorted it out and upgraded us to a superior King size room which worked out great for us 😊

Hotel deal is fabulous. Only issue that we had was that there was no air conditioning on 7th floor which was very very warm, the hotel provided a fan which was helpful but it should be mandatory in all rooms especially with it being upgraded.

Love staying here housekeeping staff are amazing. Breakfast is always piping hot and dishes are replenished often. Great variety of juices cereals and cooked food..
