Great experience, if you don't take the painting class too serious it can be a great laugh. Drag artist was so funny. Only negative thing was drinks at the bar a bit pricy.

A hoot from beginning to end! Lacey Rain was a fabulous host. Some of our group were sceptical but all had a great time (ages from 20-67). An ABBA themed one would be fab.

The host wasn't painting (as they have in previous sessions to show you what to do) and instead read a list of step by step instructions which were confusing and missing steps that they couldn't clarify on. The picture to replicate was also a watercolour that could never be replicated with the poster paints available - it would be great to have the image for the day be one that had actually been done with similar supplies. The theme was also house but a random mix of 90s pop music played instead. I've also been to sessions where the queen did a bit of a performance which was fun, and seemed like a wasted opportunity for how great they looked! I appreciate its a fun painting class (not serious!) but it was all just a bit confusing this time, the sentiment from others at the table was the same.

Fantstic afternoon, host Sally was amazing.

I enjoyed it, and so did group. Laughs were had and my friend won £50 voucher for her next boody brushes experience.
However waiting half hour to start, and being given 15 minutes to sketch a circle made it rather slow paced then rushed at end when you need time for details. Drag artist as lovely as he was with immaculate make up the 'act' was a bit meh

This was a very underwhelming experience & not something I'd recommend for anyone else.
Firstly, the bar we were in (whilst a nice venue itself) was far too cramped with easels it was obvious they were trying to fit in as many people as possible but didn't leave much room incbetween each person. Also the lighting was too dark so many people, including myself, had to use the torches on their phones to actually see what colours we were working with!
We also had to go on to their Instagram page to get the painting we were copying so it mean having to have your phone on the whole time to see what we were doing. Don't know what you were supposed to do if you didn't have Instagram!
The bar was so busy as well at the start as everyone was arriving at the same time & were expected to get their own drinks. There were only 2 staff working as well, who looked visibly stressed trying to make up so many cocktails & other drinks.
Advertised as "boozy brushes", it would have been nice to have received a complimentary drink. Instead we paid £17 each to receive a tiny easel, blobs of paint on a crappy paper plate, a painting to follow on Instagram, done in a cramped setting with bad lighting.
The whole thing was just so disappointing. Would not do again.

Most fun my group have had in ages. Took friends as an early birthday gift and we didn't stop laughing. Lacey was great fun and was incredibly helpful with people (like me) who can't paint (also loved her mum). If you don't like sweating this isn't for you, if you don't mind the odd swear word you will have a fab time - do yourself a favour and take some friends and have a ball - you never know you might even have your painting picked as the best!!
