The food is great, the restaurant appears clean in all the right places and the location is ideal for us coming into the city on the bus, but the night we were there they were obviously short staffed which meant a long wait just to get a table and even longer wait times for service. It looked like there were only 2 wait staff for the entire restaurant - one was lovely, very friendly, the other was not. He was brusque, rude, and obviously not having a good night.

Food was great and staff were super friendly, but I think the service could have been slightly faster. Once we had ordered, everything came very quickly but I think just the time it took for someone to take our order could have been a bit quicker. Overall though I'd definitely recommend and everyone and the food were lovely

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Gordon Ramsay’s Street Burger. Our choice from the menu was as we would have expected, delicious. The service was very good too.
If there was anything that we noticed, having been several times before, was the French fries. Usually they are very hot. Unfortunately they were a little cool.

I would describe the restaurant as very basic but that’s obviously the minimalist look they are going for. I have to say the food was very good and also very good service.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Great venue for people watching in the shopping centre as I was on my own to eat. The food was good. The burger was fresh , good quality meat and a fair size. I paid a supplement for sweet potato fries and they were really tasty. My cocktail made the meal a bit special. All in all, a great value voucher.
