We have been at Lodge on the loch many times before at events or treating ourselves to a short stay. This was our first experience of using the Thermal suite. It was the quickest hour of the day and so relaxing just what the doctor ordered, we thoroughly enjoyed it and the views from the suite were so calming. We then had afternoon tea in the restaurant and the portions were just perfect. The staff both in the spa and restaurant were so friendly and helpful . Thank you for a brilliant day

I didn’t find the experience relaxing and it all felt very rushed. I expected a lounge area within the thermal suite where you could relax between saunas, but only very small area with a block to sit on which I found very uninviting and uncomfortable. .
Maybe it was described as this in the description and I missed it but, not a fan of this type of spa experience and wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent experience. The spa is lovely and clean, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The treatments are 5 star, we were so relaxed during our back massage and facial. Can not fault the service and looking forward to going back.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and I was satisfied with my treatment. I was disappointed to realise there was no pool. So basically an hour going between 2 saunas and a steam room. With no where to cool down in between. I think it was a bit expensive for what it was. The changing room was very small too.

Beautiful sauna area looking right onto loch Lomond. Staff were lovely particularly Lisette who carried out my treatments. I had back neck. Shoulder & facial massage and it was absolutely amazing in fact one of the best lve had for a long time. Just wow. The negative thing l would comment is the ladies changing rooms are small which is fine unless a larger group is in at same time then it's a very tight squeeze and you need patience to wait for hairdryer etc and space to get dried

The thermal experience was good although changing room was small the staff were efficient and attentive
The afternoon tea was very good plenty choice and worth every penny

The staff were great, we had also booked massages and both ladies were very informative of options and it was a great addition that rounded off a lovely visit to a beautiful location

Best massage I’ve had in a while - very tailored to my own needs along with facial & pressure point massage. Lovely outlook out onto the loch - will definitely return
