The voucher gave us good value for money in respect to the food. It was really nice and can’t fault. However, the service was very slow and found it hard to get attention from the servers when we needed something

Myself & 2 friends visited with an Itison’s voucher starters were ok 2 mains ok 3rd main chicken milanaise with supplement of £4 ridiculous very small piece of chicken in batter rather than breadcrumbs chips with no garnish returned to kitchen staff apologised but they delivered what they were meant to . This is not the first time we’ve had problems but thought we’d give it another go sorry to say we won’t be back & we’ll let Itison know how disappointing it was for us

Very cramped table. Service was a bit hit & miss. Found a long black hair at the bottom of my main meal. Very off putting! Offered a dessert which I didn’t want. No reduction on the bill!

The menu had so many options with an extra additional charge to be added there was also a service charge which I didn't like

The friendly greeting at door, through to the excellent service at our table along with the delicious food made this the most enjoyable afternoon.

Cons:
- Too long to be acknowledged/seated, despite being quiet.
- Tasteless food (soups, pizza, pasta)
- Wrong bill - charged for extras.
- 10% tip automatically added to bill, despite only two of us eating.

Food was good staff were not very pleasant we were held up due to no fault of our own called to let them know staff were not very friendly on arrival saying we were late don’t think we can do voucher deal. Not very professional about the situation

Enjoyed our visit but was kept waiting while they washed the floors I believe their cleaner hadn’t turned up but would’ve liked a bit better customer service.
Having said that the food was lovely
