Lovely afternoon tea served by very friendly and welcolming staff.

The afternoon tea was lovely. Tasty soup, followed by a hot sausage roll and freshly prepared sandwiches. Light scones with whipped cream and homemade raspberry jam. A selection of dainty cakes was next. Copious amounts of tea or coffee which was always piping hot were offered throughout the afternoon.

We were offered a jug of water when we sat down at our table.
One of the best afternoon teas we have had.
A tasting of lentil soup, followed by a sausage roll and sandwiches.
Scones and cake followed.
Very attentive staff.
We will be back.

3 of us took a friend as a treat for her 70th birthday. I've been twice before & the freshness & quality of the food has been the same on each occasion. The service was ok but not as attentive as the last twice. Saying that the venue is lovely & we enjoyed our visit. Would definitely recommend.
