Really enjoyed our second stay at the Loans.
Cons - remote control was filthy and had to clean, so was the throw cushions. The blinds in the room where not wide enough and light shone through the full night.
Pros - Good food for dinner and breakfast, good gym, driving range and spa facilities at the gailes.

from the moment we arrived until we left we felt welcome ,the hotel is very comfortable , clean , room was spacious with everything you need for your stay. Each member of staff were friendly and helpful … we will stay at The Loans Inn again.

Everything was fantastic. We even joined in the quiz.
One thing that is needed is a bath mat for inside the when. It got very slippy when having a shower.

My husband and I had a great overnight stay. The room was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely return.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms of a high standard, tho I personally found my bed to be very hard!
Lovely food, n very nice efficient staff.
Only drawback, hotel appeared to be in the middle of a housing estate, so disappointing for walkers.

This is a lovely place; cosy bed; immaculately clean. Food was fab with great choices. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Going through a refurbishment at the moment so there were one or two little issues but the staff dealt with them very efficiently and in a pleasant and helpful manner. The room itself was really nice and a good size as well as being very nicely decorated. Dinner itself was great and the service was fantastic. Breakfast next morning was delicious and piping hot.

We had a lovely overnight stay at Loans. The room was nice with everything you could need. Lovely bathroom with bath and shower - nice shampoo etc. the dinner was really good and breakfast too.
