We had 2 night stay with supper 1st night and breakfast both mornings
Ww arrived at 12 noon to leave bags but our room was actually available
Lovely room too
Buffet breakfast had great selection and was nice.
Set evening meal was mostly good
Fish dish eas nice but needed a side.
Didn't think much at all about burger.

Hotel room spotless and spacious, Also had a few drinks in the hotel bar, stafff very attentive.

It was very clean. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. A lovely hotel. One thing that was slightly disappointing was the dinner we had. Very small portion .

We stayed one night with our 5 year old. The whole family were made so welcome from the minute we arrived. We were early so asked if we could leave our bags, but the receptionist checked and advised that our room was ready and checked us in there and then. We were shown around as the hotel is built into an older building so it is a bit quirky but fine once you're familiar with it. Our room was on the 13th floor and had ace views over the river, our little one loved looking out at the view. Breakfast was good and check out was straightforward - couldn't ask for more really!

Room was lovely but on inspection there was a few stains on the carpet. Good quality mattress and pillows for a good night sleep. Unfortunately what let it down was the awful breakfast. Scrambled eggs tasted powdery and the bacon, black pudding and potato scone was so hard it was inedible.

This hotel was better than I expected. Our room was clean, comfortable and warm with everything we needed. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety, my fish and chips in the evening was delicious. The check in check out process was super easy and all the staff throughout were very good. All in all a very good experience!
