Staff were friendly and food okay. Had asked for medium steak but slightly underdone. Quiet and not the best vibe! Moreover, no signage on the outside that actually walked past. Sitting at the corner of Woodlands Road looked like an old pub. Doubling back had to go in and ask if they were Finsbay Chophouse. Both embarrassing for me and the staff. Did give my feedback on this while visiting.

Wonderful atmosphere, staff so friendly, lovely and clean, great menu, fabulous cocktails and the steak was to die for we have been raving to others was such a fantastic afternoon. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you

Visited Finsbay Flatiron with my friend for a pre-Xmas day out. We used an itison voucher which offered. Two course festive meal for 2 for £35. The food was absolutely delicious can’t fault it and the staff were very attentive throughout visit. After finishing our meal there was no pressure to give up our table so we stayed for several drinks after…an excellent pub/diner I will be back. The only thing I can find fault with is the temperature in the bar it was quite airy…1 point off for that
