Everything about Gleddoch is done with the guest/customer in mind. The place, staff, spa, meals and accommodation are all excellent. I have been many times and it never lets me down. 20-25 mins drive from Glasgow so very accessible. The outdoor jacuzzi pool has a lovely view out across the firth of Clyde towards Dumbarton Rock. The restaurant also has lovely views also across the golf course. Had a lovely stay again recently. Thank you Gleddoch!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room was lovely, food was good however breakfast was a bit of a let down not a lot covered at the buffet area saw flies landing on the food and sometimes could have been hotter. The spa was excellent loved that it also had a bar, all areas clean and modern would definitely return but only if we got another deal don’t think I’d pay full price.

Enjoyed my night at hotel. Disappointed that pool could only be accessed between 5pm & 7pm then 7am & 9am. Also felt £25 each for a pool etc for one 2hour slot was a bit expensive and should have been included in price and be available to access at any time.

Loved our break. Hotel was lovely and comfortable. Food was first class and the staff were very friendly and made you feel so relaxed. Would definitely go back

Service wasn't great, we had lunch, dinner and breakfast and all were very slow and not great service. The spa is a waste of money, overbooked so no space on beds round pool, hot beds not working and no space in hot tub. Room wasn't as clean as it should be, there were crumbs and a peanut on the floor. We also paid to upgrade to a Clyde view room which felt a bit pointless as we were overlooking the spa. Also had pretty noisy neighbours upstairs and the floors were so squeaky. The mattress was so uncomfortable, like sleeping on a rock. Hips were absolutely killing me all night and the next day.

Lovely hotel enjoyed our stay here. Although was very disappointed as I came to this hotel as the new spa had Been opened. I was disappointed that when I arrived the outdoor sauna was not opened and was already ‘out of order’ and was not told this upon arrival. I feel as though to pay £25 per person and not have all the new facilities open is very disappointing. We had also went to check in at the hotel on a very warm day and was asked to walk up the hill along to the next building for our room which wasn’t very clear from reception and ended up getting lost as wasn’t very well sign posted as to where the other rooms were. Apart from this the food in hotel was lovely and staff very friendly and enjoyed our stay apart from these issues.

Very disappointed that when using our voucher the spa is closed this was a gift to someone and they weren't able to use full experience

Amazing stay yet again. Voucher clearly stated spa was closed for refurb but we weren’t going to be using it. After booking staff called to ensure we knew this was the case too which was nice.
From check in, to an afternoons tea and dinner everything was great. Staff absolutely amazing and so friendly. Food was dynamite and loved the choice to upgrade the room and we named our price which was accepted. Will be returning again. This is the second time staying and won’t be the last.
We weren’t given the afternoons tea as a gift and decided to buy the overnight stay which was best option for us. Would recommend doing the same
