Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel. Great room. Comfy bed. Fab pool, sauna & steam room. Brilliant breakfast. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

The spa needs a refit, good functional but a bit tired looking and spa staff member needs training on customer service. The rest of the hotel was nice. Staff at reception were lovely

Despite our check-in process being a little difficult (and having to do it twice due to a miscommunication between Itison and the hotel), we had a brilliant 3 night stay. The hotel was lovely, our room was OK although would benefit from a refresh in the bathroom. The breakfast was amazing. The pool and spa facilities were great. The reception staff were really helpful. Improvements include: all staff to be trained on troubleshooting where third party vouchers are used; bathroom in our room needed a refresh as had peeling paint; advising residents of different breakfast times during the week and at weekends (we nearly missed breakfast on the Monday as we weren't told times were different).

Only negative was bar persons attitude to exchange of free bottle of Prosecco for a lesser value bottle of wine.

We did enjoy the stay however we were very surprised to be asked to pay a £30 supplement. The Itison deal says the Pat £15 per person on Tuesdays and Saturdays however we were a Monday check in??? Why is this?
