Wonderful stay ,facilties ,bar,breakfast.Pool,steam room,sauna all great It is great the hotel does not stick in an extra charge to use leisure facilities A lot of hotels do when they should not, as you are buying the deal to try the hotel with hopefully a view to returning .I will be back next time i visit Inverness

Nice long weekend break , hotel was fine , food was ok as well . Staff very friendly. Rooms were clean , some basic maintenance required in rooms .

The hotel room was clean, bed comfortable and facilities were adequate. The bathroom was in need of an update but was functional.
We had dinner on one night which was very good. Breakfast was good although some things were not replenished when they ran out.

It was a great Itison deal, but the hotel was on the outskirts of City . Thankfully our buspasses helped us travel in and out of the city. Someone booked our name in reverse so reception had trouble locating our booking! Breakfast was a help yourself buffet. The car park was full of white vans so was well used by " Tradies" but this wasnt a problem for us. The common spaces were large and well appointed. The pool and sauna / steam room/ whirlpool were an added bonus. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room didnt have a great view but the upside was we were well away from the traffic ! Unfortunatey I wouldnt go back as the normal prices were costly and the location wasnt great for a non driver/ I also queried having a room with a shower rather than a bath but was told if someone else asked for one before our arrival it would be given to them! I have rheumatoid arhritis and find getting into baths a challenge!

The facilities were excellent, being able to use the pool, jacuzzi etc was a treat. Breakfast was all fresh and delicious plenty of choice and friendly staff.
Room was ok, good facilities ie tea/coffee, fridge and a tv. not the best view and right beside a railway line which was noisy. Bed was comfortable however the room was not the cleanest.
Quite a lot of dust on skirtings on top of headboard.
Location is a bit outside city centre however I definitely would stay again as the price for the stay was very reasonable.

We arrived on Monday 6th October at the above hotel. Our room number 223 was rather sad and cramped. The door of the bathroom didn’t shut properly and was damaged at the bottom. We reported it to reception. When we went to bed discovered the bottom sheet was too small and couldn’t be tucked in at both sides not what you expect at a 4 star hotel. The room itself needed an upgrade.
However the breakfast was first class and the staff were very helpful

Hotel Central to motorways. Plenty of parking spaces, access to pool but can't keep your valuables or clothes secure while your in - not enough padlocks. Hotel is spacious . Breakfast is fab. Staff are nice.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable.
Bar was nice with a good selection of food and drinks.
Breakfast room was large and comfortable. Very relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast choices were extensive and dishes refilled regularly.
