We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea. It was our 16th wedding anniversary and they were very generous to us. Fantastic view and service. Will definitely go back. The lady waitress was very kind and approachable. It’s nice to go to a place where people are happy to work and are cheerful at their job. She’s an asset to the restaurant. Thanks again for a memorable time there.

Unfortunately we didn't get a window seat. Sandwiches were freshly made and tasty equivalent to one and a half slices of bread each. Scone were tiny, crispy on the outside but soft in the middle. Tasted nice but we were never going to use 2 pots of jam on such small scones. Good selection of cakes, lemon drizzle, Victoria sponge, carrot cake, triangle of caramel shortcake and 2 chocolate filled donuts. Staff were pleasant and helpful and provided more tea when asked. The second lot was certainly warmer than the first.

Everything was perfect, from allowing us to have an earlier booking to delicious cakes and savories with unlimited tea and coffee. I did push the boat out and had 2 pots of the quaintest little pot ever. We also had a few proceccos and malt whiskeys which were fabulous too. The staff were the nicest and nothing was too much trouble :)
