Enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a suit which was a nice surprise. Lovely breakfast and so central. Very comfortable and friendly staff.

Thoroughly enjoyed our break in the hotel and to be honest was better than expected! The complimentary "goodies" was a great touch and the breakfast couldn't be better. As is usual in all hotels there's never enough milk in the room. A small detail but annoying! A wonderful hotel!

Friendly welcome at reception. Luggage taken to our room was a lovely bonus as well as receiving an upgrade.

We absolutely loved our stay..first time in this hotel. We were allocated a beautiful room on 3rd floor with robes..slippers and mini fridge with water, soft drinks, shortbread, and caramel wafers! Excellent big shower with huge beautuful towels. Exceptionally clean everywhere. Breakfasts were some of the best we have had in hotels. Very friendly helpful staff.

Beautiful room. Quieter area of Edinburgh than Princes Street end, yet very handy for theatresand restaurants. Very nice staff. Everyone friendly and professional. Fabulous breakfast, lots of choice.

It is situated perfectly for a great experience in Edinburgh, either walking or by bus.
Edinburgh Playhouse and St James Centre shopping centre are just around the corner, and the bus station is literally less than a five minute walk from the hotel.
It has been updated since my last visit, not really my scene but that's just me! Wouldn't stop me returning again though.

A hotel that ticked all the boxes, location, service, comfortable spacious rooms and a breakfast with great choice makes the Indigo stand out from Edinburgh's standard tourist hotels. A hotel that's taken the trouble to think about it's guests.

This hotel was a really good find for us. Very friendly and competent staff made our stay memorable. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a superior room.
