Had a lovely stay here. The hotel is located in a quiet street close to the city centre. It is clean, modern, and the buffet breakfast has lots of choice and is topped up regularly. Staff here were pleasant, helpful and friendly. we would definitely stay here again

Had a lovely experience in the hotel. Reception staff could not be more friendly and helpful. They even phoned the day before we arrived to see if there were any questions we had. My husband enquired about parking and the lady told us how to sort that. We arrived at the hotel and were able to park outside to drop our luggage and the reception staff directed us to the car park which was a couple of minutes away. Check-in was excellent. The room was spotless and well equipped. Breakfast gave a large choice from both buffet and à la Carte and quality was very good. The bar was a nice place to drop by at night either before or after dinner. All staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is ideally placed for visiting every attraction in York. Nice range of restaurants in the vicinity too. We had a great stay and will definitely return.
