We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, made very pleasant by the lovely man on reception when we arrived. Even though it was early, we had access to our room right away. He did explain that he couldn't give us the superior twin as booked as the 7th floor was being refurbished. Our room on floor 5 was absolutely fine and we were given a voucher for a bottle of wine. Breakfast was lovely with plenty choices and the staff were very helpful and ver welcoming.

Good deal with itison. Was staying because we were going to a concert at the Utilita stadium. This hotel is excellently situated. This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed for concerts. Will continue as long as we can get the Itison deals.

Overall, a positive experience. The public areas are more and attractive, our room was a little dated, but was clean and had everything you would expect including tea and coffee, and biscuits. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially dealing with noisy "neighbours". In fact they provided us with a new room to get us away from them. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

Set back in a courtyard and very inviting reception area. We are two friends using our Itison voucher for a 3 day stay. Room 717 was our room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Room had all facilities tea, coffee and biscuits. Bottled water, hairdryer. Internet and tv. Bathroom was very clean with fresh towels every day and bed very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had everything and for different tastes and we also had 10% discount on other meals if required. All in all a lovely hotel to stay, staff polite and helpful and in easy distant of Train and the town. Loved it.
