Disappointing Stay at 4® Hotel

This was our first stay at Apex Glasgow City Centre, for me & my friend. Staff were friendly enough, but we felt the hotel lacked warmth and personality. Room was fine, fridge added bonus, but had to collect own water from other hotel floor. Couple of bottles of water in room wouldve been nice. Dining area bland and univiting. Didn't opt for breakfast as felt discounted rate of £17.50 was outrageous! Having stayed at Leonardo hotels, found them to be much better value

Great welcome, lovely room, prosecco waiting for us and chilled, great breakfast choice and service. Very impressed and I'd return in a minute.
