Food and service was poor. Very disappointing

The food was dreadful. My starter and main were freezing. It was the chilli mince. I made the waitress feel it so that she felt how cold it was. I was disgusted and completely put off. My friends mac cheese loaded fries were revolting. The watery cheese sauce was at the bottom and just plain macaroni on top of the chips.
We had no cutlery twice and had to ask for it.
The meals all came out at different times; so much so one of us finished her main before the rest arrived.
All we got was apologies but really it wasn’t good enough. They said it was a new chef. Please! He is either a chef or not! I could’ve had food poisoning. It was a dreadful experience and I’d never be back.
The sad thing is I used to come here for years and the food was always delicious but this was so bland and poor quality; never mind freezing!

We had a lovely lunch here with a few cocktails. Staff were all friendly, we would visit again.

the food was amazing as was the cocktails the lady who seved us food and drinks was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble i will definitely be back

The food is delicious. We had the mac and cheese and the hawian pizza. Both equally as tasty. The staff are lovely. Very helpful and friendly. The only thing was we had to wait quite a while for our food. But to be fair it was rather busy. All in all. One to be recommend.

Enjoyed all of our food, portions were spot on. Would definitely go back
