We liked this hotel. Our room was a good size although the bed was a bit hard. Both bedroom and bathroom were spotless. We had dinner there two nights and the food was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and varied too. The staff were attentive and friendly. It's a great location for the Highland Wildlife park and the Highland folk village. We had a very nice stay.

We really like this hotel. Quite a traditional feel, no frills, spotlessly clean rooms, decent menu and good home cooked food with a sweet trolley for after!!! We love the trifle ❤️ eggs however you like them for brekkie ? Staff were welcoming of our 2 kids who ate and slept well here. Well located for accessing the highlands/A9, and for walking into the village. Fairly priced for what we got, we like it here and will return for sure. My only suggestion would be to get a 2nd toaster to stop the morning breakfast queue! We had room 132 which looks out over the car park and up to the hilltops, quietly located room.

The hotel rooms are a bit tired but spotless clean.The staff are lovely and friendly and very keen to help.
