Not very clean and not what expected

Not worth the money. Put in a room to sit on garden sun loungers for 45 mins with spiders webs in some areas
Friendly and relaxing

Staff/owner was really friendly and helpful, and made me and my friend feel welcome. He told us all about the various activities available - salty yoga, salty sound bath, etc, which all sound amazing. The therapy room itself was lovely, just like the picture online. Will definitely go back 😊
Friendly staff, room was clean.

I enjoyed the relaxing experience.
Relaxing atmosphere but no lasting effects

I thought I'd give the Salt therapy a try as I have Eczema, long standing issue with my sinuses and not sleeping well. The venue is right in Trongate. The venue is clean and I was greeted by the owner who was very friendly. Beware that the venue is directly underneath the railway line so it could get potentially get noisy. I wasn't sure I'd relax with the rather soft garden lounge chairs and the railway line overhead. Luckily I only experienced one train going overhead at the start of my session and I was the only person there so I did manage to relax enough for a short nap during the session! My sinuses did clear afterwards and I was able to breath better. My sleep that night was better too. Unfortunately by the next day it was back to normal, blocked sinuses, no change to eczema and back to fitful sleep. I wasn't expecting miracles and I went into it with an open mind. It may be different for other people but how economical is it to continue the treatment if the effects only last for 24 hours in a cost of living crisis? For me it's not worth repeating the experience for only a day's relief.
