Everything was great. I Know there is a 2 hour
Window. for the table which can be a pain. Thankfully for us there was another table available to have coffees , cheese and petit fours.

The whole experience was amazing. The food was excellent. The staff were very attentive and helpful. This was our first time at this restaurant but definitely won't be the last. I can highly recommend it if you like fine dining in an elegant atmospheric venue.

Usual experience at the Buttery - excellent!
I have never had a bad course, never mind a bad meal. Can always rely on the ambience, the staff and the quality of the food. One of my very favourite venues.
The first time we have eaten at the Two Fat Ladies at The Buttery it won’t be the last. Very enjoyable experience.

We have been regular customers of the2Fats brand over many years & now latterly at the Buttery.The service has always been excellent & remains so.While we understand the menu is fixed for the Itson deal,the choice on offer was not as varied as previous experiences (eg no beef/peaches were off menu)the starter was good but the fish for mains needed seasoning.The bacon/cabbage side was very creamy/rich.Having had this menu,it would not fill me with confidence to eat à la carte particularly with the prices being charged.While the wine is within range for a retail to restaurant mark up,it’s still very expensive in this financial climate.
