I have purchased several vouchers for stays at the Tullie Inn with itison over the last few years and again it did not disappoint. The staff are great and very friendly, room was immaculate and very comfy with a great night's sleep (room 6). The only thing that has changed over the 6ears is the itison menu has been reduced to just a few meal choices but still value for money and delicious food. Look forward to our next stay.
Absolutely love it

Nice hotel. All staff polite, helpful and friendly. Had a DBB deal. Evening meal was ok. Breakfast was plentiful and nice and freshly cooked. Our room (number 11) was comfortable but rather noisy from what I expect was the extractor fan in the kitchen. Single glaze windows don’t keep the noise out although ear plugs were provided. All in all a reasonable deal. Will probably return in the future.

We've stayed at Tullie Inn before and had a lovely time. This time, not so much. We arrived on Thursday, 27th March 2025, and were given room 10, which is a nice size room with a bath and shower. However, the room has a run on the floor. When you sit on the bed, your feet are higher than your body, and there is also a large fan outside the window that you can constantly hear. There is single glazing, and we had hoped closing the curtains would drown out the noise. It didn't. I felt sick in the room as it reminded me of being on a ferry. I have a fear of the sea and ferries! We asked to be moved rooms. We were moved to room 7, which was extremely small, box room size, with a small shower, and the tv kept losing signal.
A 2 course meal was included. We had Hunters Chicken each and the Brownie for dessert. The chicken was a very small portion that arrived in a circular dish covered in cheese. So much cheese. We had chips, and there was a side of vegetables; garden peas and what looked like dried tomatoes. This should've cost £16 odds. The dessert was a brownie with marsh mallows on top. At the side of the plate, there was cherry sauce, ice cream, and chocolate sauce. This should've cost almost £7.
Had we paid full price for this meal, we wouldn't have been happy!
On a positive note, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
On the day we left (Friday 28th March), there was no member of staff at the bar area for us to check out. We simply left the key to the room on the bar and left.
