Our stay was better than expected The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room large and comfortable. Slept well on large comfortable bed
The breakfast choice was excellent. One of the best we have had. Dinner was also very good !
The only improvement would be a quieter dining area.

The Kingsmills Hotel is a favourite if ours but stay was marred when our special requirements were inot met. The hotel was very busy and when we drew their attention to the failure to meet ours requirements they were unable to do so although made attempts to change things. We were told that our special request which was confirmed iin Itison acknowledgement was not passed on by Itison leading to our dissatisfaction. We had asked for a balcony room upstairs and booked early to achieve this. We have stayed at hotel a number of times and had no problems. Little point in asking for requirements if they are not passed to hotel.

Exceeded my expectations, have stayed there before and the itison experience was far superior. Will certainly book again

The service throughout the hotel, restaurant and bar was very good.
A nice gesture with the welcoming drink and a complementary glass of wine in the evening.
The leisure facilities- pool, changing facilities is in need of an upgrade and improvement.
We had a lovely stay and will return.

We had an embarrassing experience because of a lost dinner bill which was very much Kingsmills’ fault. This is a long story which I will not detail unless asked but thought I would very happily stay there again I would not be inviting guests to join us for dinner there after what happened. Would have expected an apology for their mistake which was never forthcoming. Did take the edge off an otherwise lovely stay
