Had fairly well equipped kitchen but lack of glasses - wine glasses only four and all odd. Chairs were not very comfortable either but beds were fine

We had a lovely stay at the Garrison hotel was clean and comfortable the breakfast was amazing the only thing that needs sorting is the parking as very limited spaces although we got parked this stay if there was more people with cars staying then we would of had to go and pay parking at a local car park at £10 a day which isn’t the best they also do not give any vouchers or discount off this parking price

Returned here after visiting last year. Location is perfect for bars, restaurants, train and bus services. We had a suite and it was extremely clean. I’m not usually keen on breakfasts at hotels but this one is the best I have ever had. Plenty to choose from and was delivered to your table promptly. The tables were cleared immediately people left and the staff were both efficient and friendly. Would stay here again any time I’m visiting Fort William.

The room was okay. Quite small with no fridge and a poor outlook at the back, however the staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had and we’ve stayed in some fabulous hotels over the years. The location was fabulous. Close to all the bars, restaurants and the pier. We had a fabulous weekend

I have stayed at the garrison 4 times now and obviously enjoy going , breakfast always great locally sourced products lovely and fresh. The staff are always very pleasant and efficient. Only thing I would say I was in room 235 and the bathroom sink tap when you try to get hot water no water came out and started making a horrendous banging noise.

Arrived after someone in our party had been charged hidden charges not displayed in any terms and conditions at check in.
Receptionist passed the buck to email management and was condescending told me nobody else has ever questioned the extra charges.
Management sent an email back showing terms from hotel stay not apartment stay.
Then no further comment actually think it was the same person I had dealt with at reception.
Very unprofessional.
I have been to numerous itison deals and all charges are in the small print.
Apartment itself is for 6 but had a 2 seat couch and some of the world's most uncomfortable leather seats.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Garrison, both times for our wedding anniversary and again we weren't disappointed. Lovely room, nice and warm as is the whole hotel, comfy bed and even our wee dog was made so welcome. Great breakfast, great choice and cooked perfect. Complimentary tea and coffee all day is a nice bonus as is the tea coffee and biscuits in the room. All the staff couldn't have been more helpful, all in all just perfect.
