We enjoyed the wine and cheese but found it rather cold. The two staff were very nice but the the ladies toilet had no toilet paper, no soap or drying towels and had to use the disabled toilet

We had a table booked for 3.30 chacuterie board and a bottle of wine our table was at the window on the corner but we could not admire the view as the windows were steamed up .
The wine was nice and fresh white Chardonnay
The chacuterie was ok but I think some olives and more bread would have gone down better

Lovely afternoon at cafe fame. Everything was lovely including service.

The cheese was nicely presented and the wine was good but we felt that they should have given us more crackers. We had to go and ask them for more which considering that they cost next to nothing is not acceptable. The young lady then brought 3 which we felt was a bit stupid as there were 2 of us. Also, we expected them to come up and ask us if we wanted anything else to eat or drink after we had finished. We know that we would have had to pay for anything extra but that would not have been a problem, after all they are in the business to make money, but it seemed like their thinking was well, they have everything that was covered in the deal so they won't want anything else. They maybe need to invest in a little more customer service training. In saying that, the staff were very pleasant and engaging.

The welcome we received was lovely. Staff were lovely and very informative. The cheeseboard selection was great as was the wine. We also had coffee and canolli, which were equally delicious. We will definitely be returning

Really lovely venue with nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
Nice wine options. We chose the red - Sangiovese which was lovely. Original choice of cheeses, very tasty. We asked for extra toast which staff happy to provide. Overall a great deal.
