Service was good. Presentation disappointing and carrot cake dry.

Had the afternoon tea before and it's still really good and well worth it. Totally recommend a visit and sit back and enjoy. Lovely happy staff and very helpful 😀

I was very happy with the afternoon tea. There was an interesting set of vegetarian sandwiches (although I'm not keen on savoury cheese, but I swapped that with my friend for their beetroot) and the presence of a cup of eton mess was a nice touch alongside the scones and cakes. The unlimited top-ups of tea/coffee was a nice touch too.

Good atmosphere and service. Haggis Bon Bon’s were great sandwiches nice and fresh cakes and scones very average, a little disappointed on quality. Had a lovely bottle of wine.

It was very nice and the staff were also very nice, especially when we said our Prosecco was without bubbles, they immediately sorted that out with a new glass.

The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive, which we really appreciated. However, the overall experience wasn’t quite what we expected from a luxury afternoon tea. We were seated in a busy café area, which didn’t feel very relaxing or special. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was further affected by noisy children nearby, including one who was particularly disruptive, throwing things and having loud tantrums. While the quality of the food was lovely, the setting didn’t match the occasion we were hoping for.

The high tea was lovely plenty to eat and free refils of tea or coffee
