My friend and I loved our experience. Reception staff was so friendly and welcoming and explained everything clearly. Changing rooms were clean and was checked by cleaning staff during our use. Spa facilities were great with pool, saunas, steam rooms, beds and showers and during our use cleansing staff were moping floors around the pool. We used the relaxation room where herbal tea was available and Spa staff collected us from there. My therapist was Debbie who was lovely, she went over the treatments I would have, what products she would use, if I had any issues and checked my health form. She started off with the back, neck and shoulder massage which was wonderful and the right amount of pressure - one of the best massages ever. I then had a hydrating facial which was part of the deal and its probably fair to say I may have drifted off at one point. Everything Debbie did was in a friendly, professional and respectful manner. Once finished she poured me some water, advised me to take my time coming off the bed and at no point did I feel rushed. She gave me some after care advice. I felt very relaxed after my treatments. I would visit again and would recommend to anyone.

The refresh spa was amazing from start to finish. I treated my mum and sister to the two treatment spa day. Facilities were top class, reception was really friendly, helpful and professional and all 3 therapists that we had were amazing! Treatments were fantastic. Will definitely be back.

Lovely facilities. My therapist, Debbie, was fantastic. Must be one of the best massage and facials I have had. My sister also had a lovely experience. So relaxing.
Only one criticism of venue was that there was no shampoo or shower gel in shower areas. I would have hoped that this would be standard in such a facility and would have liked to have known this before my visit .

We had a great afternoon at Refresh Spa. Staff were very welcoming and lovely. The Spa facilities were great and we spent a relaxing 90 minutes in the various steam rooms and jacuzzi before our treatments. My sister and I had a 30 minute facial and 30 minute back massage. The therapists were fabulous and the treatments were just luxurious. We’ve decided that we need to go back!!

I’d definitely go back for the massage as it’s the best I ever had. However the actual spa is a little bit of a let down. Steam room not very steamy and Caldarium which is meant to have seating at 45c was around 25c.

Spa was very nice - up there with the best. Nice friendly place, and not too busy. I had a massage and facial from Stephanie and she was excellent.

Debbie the therapist was brilliant as usual. The spa was good, but the stream room still isn't working properly. It's hot when standing up, but cool in the seated area.
