Gorgeous Spa experience giving luxury hotel vibes

Had a lovely Sunday afternoon using the spa facilities at Emirates. Spa was modern, luxury and great facilities- sauna and steam room both piping hot. Very peaceful and relaxing.
I then had a lovely facial - therapist was professional and did a great job. Products were gorgeous.
Changing rooms spotless - Only negative would be no shower gel/shampoo in showers. but thankfully I had my own. Do think this should be offered though incase you forget to pack.
Will definitely look out for more offers to come again.

I really liked the variety available at the Refresh Spa. It was great to have two saunas and the caldarium. It would have been good to have been given a little teach in about the jacuzzi buttons and its operation. Another guest had to explain it to me. It would also have been good to explain where the showers were in the spa area as they are hidden away and very dark. I absolutely loved my facial with Rashin. It was incredibly relaxing and much more than I expected.

It was a truly relaxing experience. The fact that the atmosphere was ambient (the low lighting helped) - I felt I could unwind and zone out.
The facial massage was lovely too.
The spa was spotless.

Really lovely massage and facial. Therapist very kind and professional. Huge changing area, nice and clean. Thermal areas/showers in spa bit too dark for my liking-literally had to feel for shower control as too dark to see, that’s the only reason I knocked a star off. I think slightly more lighting would feel safer when mixed spa and dark corners slightly anxiety inducing.

My friend and I loved our experience. Reception staff was so friendly and welcoming and explained everything clearly. Changing rooms were clean and was checked by cleaning staff during our use. Spa facilities were great with pool, saunas, steam rooms, beds and showers and during our use cleansing staff were moping floors around the pool. We used the relaxation room where herbal tea was available and Spa staff collected us from there. My therapist was Debbie who was lovely, she went over the treatments I would have, what products she would use, if I had any issues and checked my health form. She started off with the back, neck and shoulder massage which was wonderful and the right amount of pressure - one of the best massages ever. I then had a hydrating facial which was part of the deal and its probably fair to say I may have drifted off at one point. Everything Debbie did was in a friendly, professional and respectful manner. Once finished she poured me some water, advised me to take my time coming off the bed and at no point did I feel rushed. She gave me some after care advice. I felt very relaxed after my treatments. I would visit again and would recommend to anyone.
