Rasul was out of order so got offered 25 minute mini treatments as an alternative which were good but massage was over in less than 20 mins and relaxation area was over crowded and noisy. Herbal teas had not been stocked up so limited choice with most containers being empty.
Quite a few broken loungers with others having towels on them to reserve them.
Service at lunch was inattentive but food was nice enough. Soup and sandwiches were delivered to table without any explanation of what type of soup etc.
Nice day but just needs a bit more attention to detail.
Voucher was value for money.

We chose Inchyra because it was a handy location for 3 of us coming from different directions and we’ll book again because it was a lovely experience. The setting is beautiful and the staff were attentive and helpful.

Myself and my friend had a spa day. The back,neck and shoulder massage and the spa facilities are amazing. The only thing that let the experience down was when we went for our light lunch the food was lovely but the way one of the senior staff members spoke to another staff member was not needed infront of myself and my friend it was not professional. Was the table right beside us and it could have been done further down the resturant where noone was sitting.

Massage quality was great but I did feel a little short-changed. They were about ten minutes late taking me, plus then left me for ages for me to get undressed (it wasn't just the usual stand outside the door for a minute - they went off to track down slippers and a robe as these had been late coming in), and yet finished exactly on the scheduled time. It was at most a 45 minute slot, not the promised 55 minutes.

The facial and massage we got were the best we have ever experienced. The beauty therapists were excellent.
