Lovely Spa Day

We had a lovely spa day at Inchyra, facilities are really nice, modern, and spotlessly clean. Helen did my massage and she was really nice and the massage was so therapeutic.

I bought the voucher as a birthday present for my partner and tagged along too. We were a bit late on arrival but the receptionist ushered us through very quickly, which was great. The two therapists were excellent. Our treatments included a back, neck and shoulder massage and a mini facial. I felt so relaxed during the treatment and my partner said the same. Afterwards, our skin was glowing!
Expensive for what was offered

The spa was relaxing and clean. Receptionist very welcoming. The loungers were limited and often all taken leaving nowhere to sit. The “hot beds” were cold and despite paying for a 55 minute treatment, I only received 40 minutes which was very disappointing. The relaxation room after the treatment was nice although we were told to help ourselves to some water or tea/coffee and there was none left. Not worth the price paid in my opinion.
Leisure facilities are a bit lacking but the spa is great. Would recommend.

Leisure facilities need a jacuzzi or similar. Thermal beds weren’t working. Generally good experience. Could do with more cubicles in the changing rooms (only one in the fame changing).

Nice but expensive

Massage and facial were good but noticed the room I was in had a dirty floor which kind of put me off. Very busy and no jacuzzi but a very nice way to spend a few hours. Was nice but probably wouldn't go back again

Inchyra is one of my favourite hotels been going there for past 25 years . Yes it’s changed a lot for the better x spa days are always great x most enjoyable and will be back x
Disappointing

Very disappointing visit - we have used this spa many times and I have to say this is one of the worst spa visits we have ever been to
The rasul experience was a nightmare from the beginning, the steam didn’t work so I had to go out and find someone to help after we had applied the mud - to then be told she had been to the cupboard and sorted the issue,the steam lasted for about 3 minutes then went off again so we decided to just give up showered and left
We did report this to the 2 young girls when leaving who giggled to each other and told us they didn’t deal with these issues and that we had to go to reception - on going to reception the young boy did try his best to help took my number to pass on to the manager and I still had had no contact which really isn’t great service at all
On the plus side lunch was great and the service in the restaurant was lovely compared to the spa

The pool area needs a bit of upgrade. The loungers have spilts and tears in them .
