Lovely hotel bedroom food staff first class brilliant

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Everything about it was great . The bedrooms were super great bed massive tv , very spacious, really comfortable. The lounge and restaurant were lovely and food was cooked beautifully and nicely presented. Now the staff was one of the best things made you feel good and couldn’t do enough for you always with a smile and welcoming . They are an asset to this hotel . Special mention to the polish young lady I think her name is Addita hope I got that right she took our cases and settled us in our room , also Sophia in the lounge very helpful even help my husband with his s IPad , though all staff are great. On the down side I walk with a stick and the stairs outside and up to the desk inside was a real trial for me pity there is no other way to get in hotel . The hill up to the hotel I found difficult but that is solved by a taxi we just didn’t know beforehand. We really enjoyed the hotel and will definitely recommend it to friends . Thank you guys .

Comfy bed,and room had all you need, pity it was next to the main road as quite noisy with traffic, good choice on offer for breakfast.

Great value for money. Polite efficient staff, nice clean room. Not a huge amount of choice at breakfast but definitely enough of a choice. Definitely stay again.

Our room on 2nd floor was really nice and modern. Very welcoming receptionist on arrival. Ate in restaurant, food good and great staff, had a few drinks in the bar, great service and nice setting. Over all a great over night stay.

We had a lovely comfortable double room, nice bathroom and strong shower.
Public areas are very nice and we enjoyed breakfast very good especially with addition of pancake machine. Only slight criticism is like many hotels now, orange juice is poorer quality.
Overall a great value great stay. We did travel by train so no cost of parking.

Once again we had a faultless stay at the Copthorne.
Cannot complain. Staff are fantastic, rooms are clean and breakfast was lovely.
