Spacious room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom all very clean albeit getting a bit tired but the view of the sea and harbour was terrific. Breakfast and Dinner was very good served in separate Breakfast and Dinning rooms that both have a glazed frontage overlooking the sea and harbour. All the staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for you

We were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of our allocated room (40). It ws very spacious with a lovely comfortable bed with plenty of drawer and wardrobe space for our clothes. The small patio overlooking the town was a real bonuus too. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. The staff were very helpful and looked after us very well. The food was excellent and there was a good choice for both dinner and breakfast. We both really enjoyed our stay and would certainly go back if visiting the area again.

Very disappointed as we were moved to North West Castle Hotel as Fernhill had storm damage. How disappointing as we were put in an outbuilding which was extremely dated, must smelling, damaged bath, dirty wall tiles and skirting in bathroom, filthy chair, hole in floorboards, we did not stay and I phoned Itison today, 25/3/25 to discuss awaiting feedback. Severely disappointed as this was a special weekend away for us
