Lovely older style hotel, but very well kept. We stayed on the first floor in a classic double room annd the rooms are so spacious and the bed is king size so that was a bonus. We found the changing decor and carpets throughout the hotel helpful to differentiate where we were as it is large building. We enjoyed an afternoon tea and also had a back massage, Sophie was our masseuse and she was amazing, neither of us had to tell her any problem areas she knows her stuff. We also enjoyed use of the pool, jacuzzi and steam room.everything was clean and the soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion available in all areas of the hotel is extra helpful, and the highland soaps smell lovely! Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and lactose/gluten free options are available too. Would love to return for a longer stay and explore more of Pitlochry.

The hotel itself is lovely. The spa was lovely too. We had a really nice afternoon tea. My only criticisim was the hairdryer in the ladies changing room. It is very poor & a bit disappointing to be honest

We enjoyed using all the facilities the spa offered in the deal. The hotel has a lovley vibe and the staff were very helpful. The pool and sauna was great. The Afternoon Tea was delicious. The showers in the changing rooms needed a little attention and another changing area might be helpful. We were lucky that there were only 2 other folk there otherwise it would have been a bit crammed . But loved the overall experience .

Spa treatment excellent, work being done in changing room which was a bit disappointing, and run down looking. Afternoon tea; great selection and plenty of food. We’re not offered the cocktail, which we were not too bothered about. Would have asked if we had wanted it.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our experience at all. The changing area was very dirty and rundown, dirty toilet, clumps of hair in shower, clothing lying around. Pool area is poorly kept, the jacuzzi temperature was too high to use and we did report it to reception as did other guests. The quality of afternoon tea was very poor, dried up produce, rock hard scones, definitely not worth what I paid. The whole experience was a total letdown from start to finish.

We visited Scotlands Spa Hotel as a birthday present for my cousin however we were very disappointed with our spa experience. I'll start with the positives, afternoon tea was delightful and the selection of cakes and sandwiches was excellent. The Spa treatment was also very good however the pool and facilities in the spa were unhygienic. There was several dead wasps lying around the pool area plus rubbish including a receipt dated two weeks before our visit. The jacuzzi would only work for 3 minutes before turning off for at least 10 minutes. The changing room floor was also very dirty and had discarded shoe covers on the floor despite our visit being at 11am so quite early in the day. Overall, the cleanliness and hygiene really let the place down and it resulted in us feeling that we hadn't really treated the birthday girl properly!

The staff were very attentive. The high tea was delicious. The pool area was nice and relaxing, it was very comfortable lying by the pool after a swim and jacuzzi in the hotel bathrobes and slippers.

Thoroughly enjoyed the day at Scotland's Spa Hotel. Enjoyed a walk around the lovely town of Pitlochry, followed by a swim and jacuzzi at the hotel, followed by a tension busting, yet relaxing back massage, followed by a tasty afternoon tea. Weather was mixed, but the day was all good.
